WSN is the organiser of international fashion and lingerie events in Paris: WHO'S NEXT, PREMIERE CLASSE, IMPACT, TRAFFIC, BIJORHCA, SALON INTERNATIONAL DE LA LINGERIE and INTERFILIERE PARIS.
We've been organising events for 30 years at Porte de Versailles (late January and early September) and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week (early March and early October).
Our events enable French and international brands and designers to present their collections, materials and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from all over the world.
WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium group, one of the world's leading event organisers, with 135 events organised worldwide every year.
THE POSITION TO BE FILLED
We are looking for an assistant project manager to join the Marketing & Digital team, responsible for implementing digital marketing projects and visitor relations.
You'll be helping to set up and configure digital tools (ticketing), and helping visitors prepare for the next event by answering all their practical, marketing and digital questions.
This internship will be attached to the Visitor Marketing Project Manager.
Duties of the position :
1. Tickets
- Project management for the introduction of visitor ticketing for 2023 events
- Preparation of the questionnaire and the content of the automatic e-mails
2. Database
- Market watch on new shop openings or concept stores
- Updating the buyer database: referencing and entering contacts on the CRM tool (Sales Force)
- Cleaning/enriching the database
3. Tracking the registration of buyers and visitors
- Assist with visitor registration before and during the show (email, hotline and phoning)
4. Setting up on-site reception
- Preparation of briefing books for hosts and hostesses
- Help with setting up reception facilities
- Assist the project manager in welcoming visitors to the show
- Help in managing the implementation of health protocols
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bac +3 minimum
- Experience in events management would be a plus
- Fluency in English
- Mastery of the office pack
- Good writing and telephone skills
- You have a sense of service
- You are rigorous, organised and autonomous
- You know how to manage stressful situations and organise your priorities
- You love the world of fashion, trade shows and events
