MATTER and SHAPE is a new design salon in the heart of Paris, the first of its kind, unveiled during Paris Fashion Week in the Jardin des Tuileries in the spring of 2024.

MATTER and SHAPE invites exhibitors, great and small, to present exceptional projects and products in an elevated setting, celebrating the culture of global design today.

Powered by the international salon experts WSN, MATTER and SHAPE debuts with an inbuilt audience of over 10,000 boutique owners, buyers, and retail consultants from department stores and multi-brand boutiques around the world who visit the neighbouring salon PREMIERE CLASSE across the same 4-day period.

Our relationships with design collectors, architects, interior designers, decorators, journalists and tastemakers from Paris and beyond will ensure high profile attendees from the worlds of design, fashion, art, architecture, luxury.

Thanks to its previous history as a virtual design platform, MATTER and SHAPE has an inbuilt online community of over 25,000 followers on Instagram and an integrated network of design professionals ready to experience the physical expression of the platform for for the first time.

Situated in the Tuileries gardens, MATTER and SHAPE takes place in a 3000 sqm temporary space with a vaulted ceiling and transparent lateral walls, allowing natural light to flood the space.

Featuring customised stands for up to 50 exhibitors, the salon includes common areas, amenities, a design bookstore and boutique, and a dedicated restaurant with table service for lunch and private dinner opportunities.
