WSN is the organizer of international fashion and lingerie events in Paris: WHO'S NEXT, PREMIERE CLASSE, IMPACT, TRAFFIC, BIJORHCA, SALON INTERNATIONAL DE LA LINGERIE and INTERFILIERE PARIS.
We have been organizing events at Porte de Versailles (end of January and beginning of September) and at the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week (beginning of March and beginning of October) for 30 years.
Our events allow French and international brands and designers to present their collections, materials and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from all over the world.
WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium Group, one of the world's leading event organisers, with 135 events held worldwide each year.
THE POSITION TO BE FILLED
As part of the WSN Exhibitor team, you will be responsible for supporting exhibitors in preparing for the show.
LIST OF YOUR MISSIONS
Without this being considered exhaustive:
- Answer questions from exhibitors (e.g. managing badges and buyer invitations, ordering furniture)
- Advise exhibitors on customizing their stand and validate their layout proposals.
Accompany exhibitors on site, during the assembly and dismantling of the event
PROFIL REQUIRED
- Format Bac+3, communication / management
- Experience in the event industry is a plus
- English proficiency
- You are comfortable with computer tools, you master the office pack
- Good writing ability
- You are rigorous, organized and autonomous
- You like the world of trade fairs and events
- You know how to manage stressful situations and organize your priorities
