WSN is the organiser of the international fashion events in Paris: WHO'S NEXT, PREMIERE CLASSE, IMPACT, TRAFFIC and BIJORHCA.

Since July 2022, WSN also operates Eurovet: Salon international de la Lingerie and Interfilière Paris.

We have been organising events for 30 years at the Porte de Versailles (end of January and beginning of September) and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week (beginning of March and beginning of October).

Our events allow French and international brands and designers to present their collections and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from around the world.

WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium group, one of the world's leading event organisers, with 135 events organised worldwide each year.


THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

We are looking for a technical project manager in charge of the coordination, technical and logistical aspects of the fairs we organise. The post :

1/ Designing and drawing up technical plans in dialogue with the internal teams. Verification of compliance with current safety rules and standards.

2/ Follow-up of scenographic projects and coordination between the external scenographer(s), the internal teams and the service providers. Main contact and coordinator between internal needs defined by the artistic and commercial management on the one hand and the various technical service providers on the other.

3/ Monitoring of scenographic projects and coordination between external scenographer(s), internal teams and service providers. Main contact and coordinator between internal needs defined by the artistic and commercial management on the one hand and the various technical service providers on the other.

4/ Follow-up of quotations and calls for tenders from service providers, follow-up of corrections, costings and compliance with the budget.

5/ Supervision and coordination of all service providers prior to the event and on site, until dismantling.

6/ Follow-up of invoicing.


PROFILE REQUIRED :

  • 3-4 years experience in an equivalent position or design office
  • Mastery of AutoCad drawing software
  • Knowledge of Sketchup or other 3D modeling software for models
  • Knowledge of Illustrator and/or Indesign and/or photoshop
  • You are curious and have good interpersonal skills
  • You are technically inclined, rigorous, organised and autonomous
  • You can manage a schedule
  • You can handle periods of stress and manage your priorities
  • You like fashion and events
  • You are sensitive to the design of space
