THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

We are looking for an assistant project manager within the Marketing & Digital team, in charge of the implementation of digital marketing projects and visitor relations.

You will contribute to the implementation and configuration of digital tools (ticketing), and you will help visitors prepare for the next event by answering all their practical, marketing and digital questions.

This internship will be attached to the Visitor Marketing Project Manager.


TASKS OF THE POST

1. Ticketing

  • Project monitoring for the implementation of visitor ticketing for the 2023 events
  • Preparation of the questionnaire and the contents of the automatic e-mails

2. Database

  • Market watch on new shop openings or concept stores
  • Updating the buyer database: referencing and entering contacts in the CRM tool (Sales Force)
  • Cleaning/enrichment of the database

3. Tracking the registration of buyers and visitors

  • Assist with visitor registration before and during the show (email, hotline and phoning)

4. Setting up on-site reception

  • Preparation of briefing books for hosts and hostesses
  • Help in setting up the reception
  • Assist the project manager in welcoming visitors to the exhibition
  • Help in managing the implementation of health protocols

PROFILE REQUIRED :

  • Bac +3 minimum
  • Experience in event management would be a plus
  • English language skills
  • Mastery of the office pack
  • Good writing skills and telephone skills
  • You have a sense of service
  • You are rigorous, organised and autonomous
  • You can handle stressful situations and organise your priorities
  • You like the world of fashion, trade shows and events
