WSN DEVELOPPEMENT is the organising company of the international trade shows for ready-to-wear and fashion accessories in Paris: WHO'S NEXT & PREMIERE CLASSE. These shows take place twice a year at the Porte de Versailles (in January and September) and at the Tuileries (in March and October). It has recently developed new areas: IMPACT, the eco-responsible fashion trade show and TRAFFIC, the solutions trade show for the fashion industry, which take place at the same time as WHO'S NEXT. In addition, a trade fair is being developed for June 2022.

All market sectors are represented: ready-to-wear (women's, mixed, urban, etc.) and fashion accessories (jewellery, shoes, leather goods and luggage, etc.).

Each of our events is an opportunity for professional buyers, journalists and influencers to discover the latest trends and new brands, in a friendly and creative spirit, notably through exhibitions, fashion shows, conferences and trend forums. Our mission is to unite the actors of the fashion industry and to promote creation.


JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that has been established in the UK and is currently looking for a new Chief Financial Officer to join their team. You will be responsible for a wide range of support functions for the entire company, from Finance to Human Resources. You will be responsible for administrative, financial and accounting management, human resources management (all payroll, contracts and declarations are carried out by the HRM), legal aspects, internal information flows, general services management and management control, and will contribute to the structuring and transformation of the company (already underway around Project management and digitalisation). You will be responsible for the economic, accounting (SAGE software) and budgetary (cost accounting) management of the company (establishment and single company), you will define the budgets and follow the budgetary processes in place.

You will manage the financing of the structure's operations and cash flow. In this way, you will draw up and monitor the cash flow forecast, current tax management (declarations made by the Accounting Manager), and provide assistance in drawing up the company and tax accounts in conjunction with the chartered accountant..

The company is attached to a group - Comexposium - for which you will be responsible for monthly figures and quarterly closings (June/September) using the BFC tool and will prepare shareholders' meetings. In terms of general administration, you will be responsible for all general service contracts (maintenance, security, alarms, works, maintenance of premises) and will manage the company's various legal commitments. You are the guarantor of internal control. External growth operations are rare, but in the current health context, you may be asked to contribute to the evaluation of certain operations or to support the implementation of new tools. This multi-skilled position also involves interfacing with numerous external contacts: several banks, administration (possible subsidies), suppliers and partners, consultants, auditors, ....

PROFILE REQUIRED
You have a degree from a higher education institution (ESC, Master 2 in Finance,...), and at least 5 years experience either in an audit or accounting firm or in a CFO/RFO of an SME, ideally in a service sector. You have a good command of IT tools and have a great capacity for analysis, priority management and organisation.
