Customer Account Manager
The Account Manager supports the sales team by providing a first level of information to the brands and interfacing with the sales team.
- In this capacity, its main tasks are to:
- • Respond to enquiries from potential exhibitors
- • Organise the process and administrative management of the selection committees (recovery of data and missing information, presentation of applications to the sales teams, sending replies to the brands, updating of application follow-up documents)
- • Manage daily requests from sales staff (extractions, preparation of files for emailings etc.)
- • Assisting the sales team with follow-ups and requests for information from the brands
- • Enrich and update the database
- • Helping to prospect for new brands
- Bachelor degree
- Business school/marketing/communication background
