WSN is the organiser of international fashion events in Paris: Who's Next, Impact, Traffic, Bijorcha, Premiere Classe, Salon international de la Lingerie and Interfilière Paris.

We have been organising events for 30 years at the Porte de Versailles and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week.

Our events allow French and international brands and designers to present their collections and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from around the world.

WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium group, one of the world's leading event organisers, with 135 events organised worldwide each year.

THE JOB

As a member of the WSN exhibitor team, you will be responsible for assisting exhibitors in the preparation of the show.

LIST OF YOUR TASKS

This should not be considered exhaustive:

• Answering exhibitors' questions (e.g. management of badges and buyers' invitations, ordering of furniture)
• Advise exhibitors on how to customise their stand and validate their layout proposals.
• Accompanying the exhibitors on site, during the assembly and dismantling of the event

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Format Bac+3, communication / management
• Experience in the event industry is a plus
• Fluency in English
• You are at ease with computer tools, you master the office pack
• Good writing skills
• You are rigorous, organised and autonomous
• You like the world of trade shows and events
• You can handle stressful situations and organise your priorities
