Remote working: Maximum 2 days a week, from the end of the trial period

WSN is the organiser of international fashion and design events in Paris: Who's Next, Impact, Bijorhca, Premiere Classe, Salon international de la Lingerie, Interfilière Paris and Matter & Shape.


We have been organising events for 30 years at Porte de Versailles and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week.


Our events enable French and international brands and designers to present their collections and solutions to buyers and fashion and design professionals from all over the world.

THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

As Exhibitor Relations Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall preparation of one or more exhibition verticals.


LIST OF YOUR MISSIONS

Without this being considered exhaustive:

  • Responding to requests for operational information (personal mailbox and generic addresses), replies and dispatch
  • Operational monitoring of the online management platform (configuration, information updates, administrative monitoring)
  • Additional sales: advice, drawing up quotations and follow-up
  • Follow-up of invoicing and customer payments in liaison with the ADV (sales administration) and Finance teams.
  • Assisting the Events Director in monitoring key accounts
  • Regular reporting
  • Booking furniture and sending orders to partners
  • Accompanying and welcoming clients at the event
  • Drawing up summary documents and briefing sales representatives
  • Participation in meetings (internal and scouting), sales debriefing, analysis of event performance, recommendations for the next event
  • Monitoring exhibitor communications, in conjunction with the communications team
  • Respecting planning and deadlines with partners


PROFIL REQUIRED

  • University degree (Bac+3/4)
  • 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in event organisation
  • You must be rigorous, organised, a team player and a self-starter.
  • To carry out your tasks successfully, you will need to speak professional English
  • You must have a good command of the Office pack and an appetite for new event management tools.
